10 Dec Surrey Freemasons Helping Hands
Nick Way and I visited Disability Challengers on behalf of Surrey Freemasons on the 5th November 2018 as they were just at the end of their Farnham refurbishment program.
It was great to see and hear first-hand how the new centre was going to be used to support many disabled children in the local area.
After talking to Duncan Wilber (Head of development) I told him I would be happy to return after all the work was completed to clean allthe windows inside and out so I asked some friends for help and on the morning of the 30th November Just before their grand opening we completed the clean.
It was great fun and we were made lots of tea!!! This is Surrey Freemasons Helping Hands in action. It is not always about money sometimes it is about donating your time this is just as important.
